There are a lot of myths around Internet services, particularly in rural areas. We'll try to answer some of them here.

No, your service is not effected by the weather.

We have deliberatly chosen radio frequencies that are essentially uneffected by weather. The exception to this is if there is vegetation in the path of the radio signal but this should be avoided in any case.

Yes!

And since data is unmetered from 7pm to 7am it won't cost you anything extra from us.

Yes, provided it has WiFi Calling support (most Smartphones have had for many years)

Your phone will need to be in range of your WiFi. And you will need WiFi turned on in you settings. Other than that our service is ideal for this sort of use.

Absolutely.

We regularly provide equipment and installation to extend customer networks to other buildings.

Yes.

We do not abitrairly limit the number of connections you can receive.
