Support ticket system
Please send an email to [email protected] about your issue. This will create a ticket for you, and your support account if you don't have one.
In the future you can either send us another email or login to our support portal to create or update a ticket there.
This is generally the best method of getting support and allows us to easily keep track of your service and any issues.
